1. Scope

This policy explains how Cardencer uses cookies and similar browser storage on its website, dashboard and hosted payment interfaces.

2. Strictly necessary storage

Cardencer uses storage necessary to authenticate users, maintain sessions, remember security choices, balance traffic, prevent fraud and protect checkout flows. This may include the cardencer_session cookie. Such storage is required to provide the requested service and cannot be disabled through a consent preference tool.

3. Optional cookies

Cardencer does not currently use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If optional analytics or marketing cookies are introduced, they will be inactive until the legally required consent is obtained, and this policy and the preference controls will be updated.

4. Duration and controls

Session cookies expire when the session ends; persistent security cookies are retained only for the period needed for their purpose. Browser settings can delete or block cookies, but blocking strictly necessary storage may prevent sign-in or payment functionality.
